In an unlikely event that we deliver an inaccurate or damaged item, we will replace the order at no extra cost to you. In order for your items to be replaced customers need to inform the delivery driver of their observation at the point of delivery. Please DO not accept the order and contact us within 24hrs, Once a customer has collected the order and signed confirming this, they take ownership of the items and Metro Medicare will not be able to accept any return or exchanges.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days which will be communicated go you..

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
