Most frequent questions and answers
- All offers are subject to availability.
- Promotional codes and offers are limited to 1 order per customer as defined by their email address and/or credit card address and/or delivery address.
- Only one promotional code can be used per transaction
- Offers are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form.
- We reserve the right to withdraw our offers without notice.
Your parcel will always come with a receipt including all your order details. You can also find your order details in the email communications we have sent you and if you are a registered customer by signing in to your metromedicare.com online account and going to ‘Order History’. Click here to sign in to your account.
If you bought your items in store, your order details will be on your receipt.
We accept payment by direct bank transfer a confirmation email will be sent once payment is confirmed. For deliveries within Abuja we offer payment on delivery options which can be cash or debit.
- We usually dispatch orders same day if placed before 4pm within Abuja.
The cost for delivery to residence within Abuja is listed below. At the moment we do not deliver outside Abuja. If the order is over N20,000, we’ll deliver your items free of charge.

- If you wish to change your contact address held by us, this can be done so in the personal information page.
- If you wish change any of your billing or delivery addresses, this can be done so in your online address book found under ‘My Account’ or during checkout.
Unfortunately any cancellations or amendments cannot be made when your order has been placed.
In an unlikely event that we deliver an inaccurate or damaged item , we will replace the order at no extra cost to you. In order for your items to be replaced customers need to inform the delivery driver of their observation at the point of delivery. Please DO not accept the order and contact us within 24hrs, Once a customer has collected the order and signed confirming this, they take ownership of the items and Metro Medicare will not be able to accept any return or exchanges.
